Arty-Archi Tours

Each year Glasgow Building Preservation Trust runs Doors Open Days as part of European Heritage Days, where buildings throughout the city are open without charge, and special events take place to encourage people to find out more about the architecture of their city.  In 2013 I ran ‘Arty-Archi tours’ for the first time, offering an architectural tour of an area of Glasgow (Garnethill), taking in details of famous and less well know buildings, with guided sketching activities en route.

I was the winner of the ‘most innovative event’ award for Arty-Archi tours, and the event was also featured in a travel article by the Washington Post.
