I was commissioned to carry out an architectural tour and drawing workshop for schools as part of the Paisley Townscape Heritage / Conservation Area Regeneration (TH/CARS) Scheme.
This was carried out under the heritage education programme, which is designed to encourage "learning through making" in heritage skills and traditional building.   I took the schools groups around Paisley Museum and Art Gallery, building up their drawing and observation skills by looking at shapes in the building and within the exhibition collections, then drawing the exterior of the main building.  Over 100 drawings were produced as part of the session, and a selection of the drawings were used to produce a banner for the TH/CARS scheme.
